Pricing questions.

Is there a setup fee?
Normally $300, which covers building your first courses from your material. We are waiving it in full for a limited number of founding customers. If that offer is still on this page, it is still open.
What counts as a location?
A physical site where your team works. Two shops on the same street are two locations.
What happens if I open another location?
Move up a plan when you add it. It is a change you make yourself on the billing page, and it takes a minute.
Do you charge per employee?
No. Every plan is unlimited, at every tier. Your bill does not change when your team does.
What if I go over my plan’s locations?
We will tell you inside the app and you can move up a plan. Training already assigned keeps working the whole time.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing page. No call, no retention flow.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet. Monthly only for now.
